Lancastrian hire prices

The Lancastrian is a popular venue and we urge people to book well in advance. Every event is different so please contact us for a price tailored to your requirements. We offer discounts for frequent bookings or regular bookings and are happy to work with you to offer the best price possible. 

For a quote, please email lancastrian@chorley.gov.uk with the following information:

• type of event
• date (if known)
• access time for setting up
• event start time
• event finish time
• time the room will be vacated after packing down
• approximate number of people attending

Please note that we do not provide catering - you must source this externally, but we can provide contact details for local caterers who have provided food at previous events. Caterers must be registered with a food hygiene rating of 3 or above.

Similarly, we do not provide a room dressing service (other than tablecloth hire) but can provide contact details for room dressing companies who have dressed the venue on previous occasions.
